West Franklin Schools is seeking an enthusiastic and talented music educator to lead our vocal and instrumental music programs for grades 6-12 for the 2025-2026 school year. Located just a short drive from Kansas City, Lawrence, and Topeka, our district offers a strong music program, and we are looking for a director who can continue to grow and inspire students within the department.

Key Responsibilities:

• Instruct and motivate students in both vocal and instrumental music.
• Build upon an already established and successful music program.
• Provide a positive, engaging, and supportive learning environment for middle and high school students.
• Participate in school events, performances, and community outreach.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Salary according to the negotiated agreement.
• Additional supplemental stipend of $3,835.
• Full BC/BS health insurance coverage provided by the Board of Education.
