West Franklin High School is seeking a dedicated and passionate individual to join our coaching staff as an Assistant Football Coach for the 2025-2026 school year. Located just a short drive from Kansas City, Lawrence, and Topeka, our district is committed to providing a strong athletic program, and we are looking for a coach who can help continue the growth and success of our football team.

 

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in coaching and mentoring student-athletes in the sport of football.
• Help develop and implement practice plans, game strategies, and team goals.
• Foster a positive, disciplined, and supportive environment for student-athletes.
• Promote teamwork, sportsmanship, and personal development both on and off the field.
• Assist in organizing and managing team events, practices, and games.
• Engage with the school community and support extracurricular activities.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Salary in accordance with the negotiated agreement supplemental salary schedule.
